Ingredients

Salmon & Glaze:

  • 4-6 salmon fillets (skin-on, about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce (Tamari or Coconut Aminos)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

Prep the Salmon

Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.

Make the Glaze

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, garlic, gluten-free soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Cook the Salmon

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  3. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the glaze over the salmon and cook for an additional 2 minutes, spooning the glaze over the fillets.
