Ingredients
Salmon & Glaze:
- 4-6 salmon fillets (skin-on, about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce (Tamari or Coconut Aminos)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
Prep the Salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
Make the Glaze
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, garlic, gluten-free soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Cook the Salmon
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour the glaze over the salmon and cook for an additional 2 minutes, spooning the glaze over the fillets.
