  • Spritz: 1 cup apple juice + 1 cup water (keeps turkey moist)

Instructions

Prep the Turkey Breast

  1. Pat dry the turkey breast with paper towels.
  2. Coat lightly with olive oil to help seasoning adhere.
  3. Mix seasoning and rub generously over the turkey.
  4. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes (or refrigerate overnight for deeper flavor).

Fire Up the Smoker
